Lynn Leahy is an experienced company director who has been developing people and teams around the world for more than twenty-five years. Alongside significant business experience, Lynn is a trained counselor and an accredited mediator who draws on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches in her work. Randy Keirn is a training professional with over 25 years of experience. Richard Wilkinson currently serves part-time as faculty in the graduate school of business at the Tacoma campus of the University of Washington. He also consults with organizations on strategic planning and management development through his firm, Manage Bravely. In 2019 he retired from his position as Associate Vice Chancellor for HR and organization development at the same university where he now teaches. He lives in Tacoma, Washington.
