Led by a very dedicated young man, Sokleng In, LWB, provides free, full-day education to 500 impoverished children from the local region, including those from families living on the local dump site. This is quite different from many other NGOs in Cambodia who provide half-day education to augment the half-day provided by the Cambodian government. The kids fortunate enough to be accepted at LWB do not attend government school at all. Their entire education is provided by LWB.

In addition to the K-6 education provided, LWB also operates an outplacement foster care program serving nearly 100 orphaned or abandoned children.
